About the Owner
Austin Schroeder Is an Illinois native and 2020 graduate of Western Washington University with a bachelor's degree in operations management. He spent the first five years of his career working in supply chain management for a large winery. After purchasing his first home, Austin realized there was a need for honest and thorough home inspectors in Middle Tennessee and beyond. He wanted to act on the opportunity to help buyers make informed decisions. A strong desire to own his own business and a background in construction prior to college guided Austin to become a home inspector. He completed ICA School's certification program following the ASHI standard of practice and passed the National Home Inspector Exam. Fully licensed and insured in the State of Tennessee, Austin is ready to serve his community. He is particularly passionate about working with first time home buyers and helping them understand the components and systems of their future homes.
Austin is proud to call Middle Tennessee home with his wife and dog. He is excited about the tremendous growth potential of the area and ready to help the community grow as his young family does.
